I know you couldn’t care less about my coffee order, so I’ll get straight to the point.

I’m bored with traditional health lessons, and if a 30-year-old adult feels that way, imagine how our teens feel. That’s why I spend every free moment working with my team of fellow health teachers to create something better: lessons that actually hold students’ attention while helping them grow into compassionate, self-aware people who can make healthy choices in their own lives.

Let me be dramatic for a second (yes, I’m surrounded by teens) and say—helping health teachers and teens is my life’s mission.
